Beach Party attendees

At the end of the charity ride on the 29th May we are having a beach party for family friends.

Gordon has kindly arranged the loan of a beach hut, we have a couple of gazebos and catering arranged.

We are charging a nominal £5 per head for food, all profits go to King's.

So far we have confirmed:

Ian plus 4
Martin plus 3
Andy plus 14


Could you let me know how many you will bring to the party so we can sort out the catering

Gordon plus 1 and obviously Peter and Jackie.

Will ask if others wish to attend

Peter has a gas barbie/generator etc.

Let me know if you need any help Duff and what arrangements we need to make with Pete

Offer via John Massey of red bull water etc from the nice man at Londis the Clock Tower Blean

Might be worth talking to John Nurden at Whitstable Gazette to get some publicity to help sponsers and mention help from the people giving their time and products.

There will be a veggie option for those who want it, Luke has already asked for this, so that is Luke plus one veggie so far?

We are finalising the catering for the party after the event this weekend as we need to order food and organise our army of helpers (who are wonderful).

Can you please let us know if you are attending and how many people you are bringing.

We are asking for a £5 contribution for the food, all profits to charity, we will need to collect this next week

So far we have 38 confirmed attendees for the beach party , I suspect that we will have many more, so you need to get in quick if you want something to eat and drink!!
