But I am busy working all weekend helping the poor old folk of Sevenoaks to find their goodies in Sainsburys by putting in all the directional signage.

Maybe I should direct them to Tesco and get out on the Bike instead

I am venturing out on my bike this afternoon if anyone fancies a spin around the woods - but have pledged allegiance to a morning in the gym tomorrow just for this week (unless extraordinarily sunny first thing....) sunny
