George and the Dragon in Fordwich 9.30am for a masterclass in road craft from messers Bazza and the Miester.

I am planning a sort of tour of kent.

My wheels are now true and I have new brake blocks thanks to the nice man at cycle fixit

The guy in Mr Fixit also made a neat job of my back wheel which needed a bit of TLC, all for £15. Brake blocks are required but can wait a week or two.

M C Esher can draw water going uphill, he can draw stair cases which carry on always upwards even though the space they occupy make this impossible. His drawings are amazing all before CAD systems were invented.....google him.

It should be progress, but progress is not linear.

It started so well and then I had to go and run you into the ground - really hope your knee isn't too broken,,,,

No long term damage done, just hobbling around for a bit - one of those things that happen

Just back from minor injuries, nothing broken, no infection just soft tissue and ligament damage - she said good luck with the charity ride, take plenty of painkillers with you as you will need them!!
